Sponsorfy Website Terms of Use

1.1 These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of www.sponsorfy.com and any Sponsorfy content embedded on a third party website (together, the “Site”).

1.2 By using the Site you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, stop using the Site.

1.3 These Terms of Use are separate from, and additional to, our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Additional terms will govern club accounts, sponsorship purchases and payments; those terms will apply when you register or transact on the platform and will be provided to you at that point, and will take priority over these Terms of Use to the extent of any conflict.

1.4 “We”, “us” and “our” mean SPONSORFY LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 16098355, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.

2.1 Access is permitted on a temporary basis. We may withdraw, suspend or amend the Site, or any part of it, without notice.

2.2 We will not be liable if the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

2.3 We may restrict access to parts of the Site to registered users.

2.4 You are responsible for making the arrangements necessary to access the Site and for ensuring that anyone accessing it through your connection is aware of and complies with these Terms of Use.

3.1 Content on the Site is provided for general information only. It does not constitute commercial, financial, legal or tax advice, and you should not rely on it to make or refrain from making any decision.

3.2 Listings, prices, availability and descriptions of sponsorship packages are supplied by clubs and other rights holders. We do not verify them and we are not responsible for them.

3.3 Any market data, valuation, benchmark or index published on the Site is derived from aggregated and anonymised platform activity and third party sources. It is indicative, may be incomplete or out of date, and is published without warranty.

3.4 The Site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. We do not undertake to keep it up to date and accept no liability for failing to do so.

3.5 We give no warranties, express or implied, as to the completeness or accuracy of anything on the Site, the content of any listing, or the results of any search.

4.1 You may view and print pages from the Site for your own internal business use.

4.2 You must not:

• copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, transmit, adapt or create derivative works from Site content, except as permitted in 4.1;
• scrape, crawl, index, harvest or extract data from the Site by automated means, or systematically extract listing, pricing or club contact data by any means;
• cache, mirror or frame the Site, or incorporate it into another website, without our written permission;
• use the Site or any data on it to build, train, benchmark or inform a competing product or service;
• use club or sponsor contact details obtained from the Site for any purpose other than a genuine enquiry about the listing in question;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system;
• introduce any virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb or other malicious material;
• attack the Site by denial of service or distributed denial of service; or
• use the Site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or has an unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

4.3 Breach of 4.2 may be a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any suspected breach to the relevant authorities and cooperate with them, including by disclosing your identity.

5.1 We own or license all rights in the Site, including its content, design, software, databases and database rights.

5.2 “Sponsorfy” and the Sponsorfy logo are our trade marks. Nothing on the Site grants you any licence or right to use them.

5.3 Club badges, crests, colours and other marks displayed on the Site belong to the relevant clubs or their licensors. Nothing grants you any right to use them.

5.4 Sponsor brands displayed on the Site belong to the relevant sponsors.

6.1 You may link to our home page provided you do so fairly and lawfully, and do not imply any endorsement, association or approval that does not exist. We may withdraw linking permission at any time.

6.2 Where the Site links to third party sites, those links are provided for information only. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and accept no responsibility for their content or for any loss arising from your use of them.

7.1 Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7.2 Subject to 7.1, and to the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms that might otherwise be implied by statute, and all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Site, including loss of income, revenue, business, profits, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or wasted time, and any indirect or consequential loss.

7.3 We do not warrant that the Site is free from viruses or other harmful material. You are responsible for your own virus protection.

7.4 This clause does not affect the liability provisions in any separate terms that govern club accounts or sponsorship purchases, which apply to the contractual relationships those documents create.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

The Site is not intended for anyone under 18. By using it you confirm you are at least 18.

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time by amending this page. Check this page periodically. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

11.1 If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it is modified to the minimum extent necessary, or deleted, and the rest continues in full force.

11.2 These Terms of Use, and any dispute arising out of them including non-contractual disputes, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
